The spectacular setting of the Villa Pietra Verde is only 3 km far from Sorrento and less than 7 km from Positano.

During the burning hours of the day, the sea and the sky tremble in the intense blue, wonderfully hot and bright. The evening comes, a gentle breeze rises! A weak breath bends the expanse of the sea and the blue shading into violet of a strange beauty "the crimson red" sung by Virgil.

The sun goes dawn! The sea grows pale suddenly : the harshness and the shadows on a silver mirror strained with a light green. Violet  all around: The Vesuvies, faraway, wraps in a fine, thin fag.
